Trade & Investment Facilitation

Trade & Investment Facilitation is the core programme of the Chamber and it is designed to facilitate engagements at the highest levels between the Nigerian Public Sector, Private Sector and US companies looking to do business in Nigeria

Our role will be to facilitate an end-to-end process that results in the execution of projects

USA-bound Business Missions


  1. The Chamber provides an opportunity for Nigerian Corporate Executives to have a curated and structured engagement with USA based companies/executives interested in the African market over a 3-5 day period.
  2. Each business mission will be bespoke and aligned to fit the business interests of the target participants
  3. ANICC and its Nigerian based team will all coordinate the preliminary activities and events leading up to the business missions in the USA.
  4. A key part of this will be to ensure that participants are adequately prepared for the business meetings and engagements they will have.
  5. Our target will be to organise four (4) of such business missions annually

Nigeria-bound Business Missions


    1. The Chamber provides an opportunity for US companies to also have a curated and structured engagement with Nigerian companies/executives over a 3-5 day period in Nigeria.
    2. Each business mission will be bespoke and aligned to fit the business interests of the target participants
    3. ANICC will also have an extended version of this offering, which will include neighbouring West African States considering the dominant role Nigeria plays in West African trade and investment flows
    4. This component of the business mission will be handled in collaboration with our partner Chambers in those countries.
    5. Our target will be to organise four (4 )of such business missions annually

Social Impact Facilitation


    • By virtue of the relationships ANICC builds with US based institutions interested in Nigeria & Africa, it is well suited to facilitate the flow of funding to social impact projects in Nigeria
    • ANICC will work with its Nigerian based partners to ensure projects and non-profit institutions are selected in a transparent manner that meets all the regulatory requirements
    • We will also identify Nigerian corporates that will be interested in collaborating with willing US institutions

Publications & Research Services


  • The provision of Market Research Services will be a major pillar of the restructured ANICC secretariat
  • The secretariat will have a set of partner institutions in Nigeria that it will work with to undertake customer and market research mandates that arise
